BGMI Update 3.2: Third Anniversary, New Mecha Fusion Mode, and More

BGMI celebrates its third anniversary with the upcoming 3.2 update, bringing a host of new content, features, and skins. Krafton is preparing for this update as the current one nears its end, promising players a lot to look forward to.

BGMI 3.2 Update Highlights

To announce the new features and content, the developers released a podcast featuring popular esports players like Zgod, Beast, Omega, Manya, Saumraj, and Punk, hosted by Mazy.

Mecha Fusion Themed Mode

  • Steel Ark: This new mode will replace the Skyhigh Spectacle mode, featuring Steel Ark ships with abundant loot. Players can now use three new Mechas to navigate the map, even over water, and engage in combat.
  • Gold Spin: This feature introduces three skin variants:
    • Lover’s Blessing Set: Includes two unique character skins and a weapon skin.
    • Reverse Neon Set: Features a character skin known as dubious Cyber Cat, weapon skin, and other cosmetics.
    • Mercury Soldier Set: Inspired by the Terminator, this set includes skins for a character, a backpack, a weapon, and a 4x scope.
  • Armamech: A powerful battle vehicle formed by combining the Levitron and Strider Mechas. The Levitron pilot can control the Armamech, switching between speed and magnetic forms. The Strider provides offensive capabilities with missile launches.
  • Assembly Base: Located near the Steel Ark, this base offers supplies and Mecha repairs.

New Features

  • Self-Reviving Device and Jetpack: Alien Spaceships will contain valuable loot, including a self-reviving device and a jetpack. The jetpack allows for easy movement and comes with a magnetic gun for transporting vehicles and airdrops.
  • Respawn Flare Gun: This replaces the recall system, allowing players to revive eliminated teammates anywhere on the map.

Additional Content and Skins

  • Anniversary Crate: Includes five different items.
  • Returning Features: Dragon Ball Super Collab Skins, Ranveer Singh Voicepack, and his character outfit.

120 FPS Update

While PUBG Mobile’s 3.2 update includes the 120 FPS feature, the BGMI podcast did not confirm this for BGMI. Players should await an official announcement from Krafton regarding this feature.

BGMI 3.2 Update Release Date

The update is set to release on May 29, as per Classified YT. Despite criticism from its PUBG Mobile launch, it remains to be seen how the BGMI 3.2 update will be received by Indian players.
